Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Deali account and the data associated with it at any time. Here's how.

Delete in the app

Open Deali and go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm. Your account and its associated data are permanently removed. This action can't be undone.

Request deletion without the app

If you can't access the app, email privacy@getdeali.app from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify that the request is yours and then permanently delete your account. You do not need to reinstall the app.

What gets deleted

Your account and profile (name, email, photo, postal/ZIP code, and preferences)
Scan history and saved data synced to our backend
Your savings totals and goals
Messages, images, and deals you posted in Groups

What we may keep

After deletion we may retain limited information only where the law requires it (for example, records needed for tax, security, or fraud prevention), as described in our Privacy Policy. If another member reported content you posted in Groups, we may also keep a copy of the reported content for moderation and safety review. This data is not used to recreate your account.
